4. No Guarantees
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, PRIME BTS does not guarantee business acquisition outcomes, funding or loan approval, specific financial results, credit score improvements, revenue increases, or operational results beyond advisory guidance. Results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain current contact information, cooperate during consultation and assessment processes, use services in compliance with applicable laws, and maintain appropriate authorization for business accounts and systems. Failure to comply may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services.
6. Payment Terms
Fees are outlined in your service agreement, proposal, invoice, or consultation plan. Payment is due according to the agreed billing schedule. Services may be suspended for non-payment. Consultation fees, assessment fees, and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate service suspension.
7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel recurring services according to the terms outlined in their service agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any outstanding balances remain due and payable.
8. Communication Consent (Email & SMS)
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from PRIME BTS, including appointment reminders, account notifications, customer support communications, service updates, consultation-related notifications, and operational communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRIME BTS shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, data loss, or third-party actions or failures. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding twelve months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRIME BTS from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, unauthorized activities, or inaccurate information provided by you.
15. Age Requirement
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use our services.
16. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, systems, documentation, workflows, processes, branding, software configurations, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of PRIME BTS. No content may be reproduced, distributed, copied, or resold without prior written permission.
17. Termination
PRIME BTS reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment, terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, refuse service at its discretion, or remove access to systems or platforms when necessary.
